How do you manage your projects
Any project coordinator works with four variables: expenditure, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. Should you every time choose task tracking software?
Project tracking solutions could not be suitable in 100 percent of all cases. The best time to use such software is when you work on a few large projects. It could be more appropriate to manage simple projects manually, so that there is no need to deal with large overhead connected with operating complicated programs.
