Project tracking: what going on
Supervising projects is a complex job that has to do with four constant variables: expenditure, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. Similar to any other tool, project management software has its issues. It delivers the best result when employed for several big projects. It might be a good idea to manage simple projects by hand, so that you do not have to incur big overhead associated with operating complex software solutions.
